Dinton SUPathlon

It is the most fun you can have on and off water....a Stand Up Paddleboard followed by a run.
We're excited to be working with Nick from GoWithTheFlo once more on this event and have THREE events to choose from this year:

1. 1km SUP (on a standup paddleboard) - 5km run

2. New for 2025… if you’re looking to really push yourself, why not try two laps, so twice round the 1km SUP lap for a 2km SUP, then twice around the 5km running route to make it a 10km run. Double the distance, double the fun!!

3. Younger paddlers aged 10 - 16 can also take part in a 500m paddle and 2km run combo, think parkrun with a bit of paddleboarding tagged on! Our younger entrants will be closely monitored around the 500m course on the water, and then by volunteers as they complete an ‘out and back’ 2km course.
