Please allow plenty of time to get down to register before warming up and taking your place on the start line. The below timetable shows how the day will take place:

8:30am - Registration point opens
9:30am - Registration point closes
9:40am - Warm-up begins
10:00am - The RunDay 5K starts
11:00am - £5 Voucher collection & fun activities at the race location or your local store.
