Children’s Book Launch with Author Cynthia Platt!

Join us at Whitelam Books on Saturday September 27 at 3:00pm to celebrate Cynthia Platt's NEW picture book, Turkeys In Disguise!

It's Thanksgiving Day and Farmer Byrd's Turkey & Vegetable Farm is expecting business, but a surprisingly empty pen has the farmer declaring, "No turkeys for sale!"

Follow along as a group of kids get crafty and decide to save some turkeys by coming up with a cornucopia of creative and silly disguises for their feathered friends.

Inspired by the popular Thanksgiving school activity of creating paper disguises for the turkey, this picture book is perfect for the classroom and for story time at home.
