Back to School Free Haircuts & Resource Fair at RPL Southeast

Reading Public Library Southeast Branch is helping kids and their families with getting ready for back to school - with free haircuts and a resource fair!

Participating patrons must return a permission slip in order to get a free hair cut. Local organizations such as RACC and Food Trust will be on-site for the resource fair.
