Ready to commit and crush your goals? Join our No Excuses 2026 Challenge and earn points every week for staying consistent and showing up!
How to earn points: ✅ % of weight lost (based on mandatory initial & final weigh-ins)
✅ Gym streaks (minimum 3 days per week)
✅ Gym workouts, classes, PT sessions, and select purchases
✅ Social media posts
📌 Important details:
Points are tracked weekly and tallied for prizes
Participants must complete 4 weekly point cards to qualify
Point cards must be filled out, signed, and turned in by Saturday at noon
Initial and final weigh-ins are required (weekly weigh-ins are optional)
Points are not retroactive, so don’t forget to turn in your card!
