We’re going to the stunning island of Phuket in Thailand for a week of wellness, adventure and sunny bliss.

This 6-day retreat is designed to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. We’ll start each day with yoga or tai chi in our gorgeous shala, enjoy delicious meals together, immersive cultural experiences (including spending time with elephants at the nearby sanctuary), and of course plenty of time to relax at the spa and chill out by the pool.
This wonderful retreat is hosted in the luxurious accommodations at Lan Sabai Wellness Retreat, where you’ll unwind in comfort and style.
