A grown-up retreat for women ready to trade their laptop’s EMF rays for sun rays and get stronger in the great outdoors. We’re keeping the best parts of summer camp as a kid—hiking, community, and nature—but swapping:


  • Trust falls for fire pit convos about real-life health wins and struggles
  • Capture the flag for yoga and strength training
  • Basket weaving for practical lessons in nutrition and wellness
  • Scavenger hunts for unlocking the secrets to fitness at every stage of life
  • Cramped tents for a beautifully restored, cozy barn
