Sacred Cacao Ceremony

Join us for a beautiful evening of deep rest and restoration.

We will open with a celebration of cacao - a sacred plant medicine from Peru, known for its heart healing properties and its physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits.

We will engage in gentle but powerful breath work to further open the heart, the lungs and oxygenate the blood.

From there we will move into a short sound healing journey followed by a Buddha Breath meditation.

We will finish with spiritual guidance from the Divine Feminine with our exquisite Quan Yin Oracle cards.

**Please note that cacao and sound healing are not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, for those on heart Medic*tion or anti-depressants. A rose tea is available as an alternative to those on such medications. Please consult your doctor before attending this event if you have any concerns
