Each month, our winemaker hand-picks a special wine (sometimes unreleased!) and pairs it with a thoughtfully crafted bite. It’s a casual, cozy evening filled with stories, Q&A, and a deeper dive into the magic of winemaking.
✨ This Month’s Feature: Riesling & Squash Apple Soup
We’re drawing inspiration from The Sioux Chef’s Indigenous Kitchen with a comforting squash and apple soup topped with fresh cranberry sauce, perfectly paired with the balanced, lightly sweet notes of our Riesling. A beautiful blend of fall flavors that highlight the wine’s crisp, aromatic character.
