Each month, our winemaker will hand-pick a special wine (sometimes unreleased!) and pair it with a thoughtfully crafted bite. It’s a casual, cozy evening filled with stories, Q&A, and a deeper dive into the magic of winemaking.

✨ This month’s feature: Malbec & Chicken Skewers
Malbec—a rich, velvety red with notes of dark fruit and spice. To highlight its bold character, we’ll pair it with tender chicken skewers drizzled in a blackberry habanero reduction, a perfect balance of sweet heat to complement the wine’s depth.
