SUPPORTING SIBLINGS WORKSHOP

Thank you for all your support with our monthly classes! Moving forward, we will be hosting ONE kid-focused development workshop class on the 3rd Monday of every month. This will allow for even more folks to participate and spread out classes in order to fit into guardians' busy lives with kiddos. As for our Friday parent workshops, those will continue to be scheduled every Friday.
Join us for Mrs. Caroline's Development Group Workshop, Supporting Siblings: Understanding, Coping, and Connecting.
Sessions are 60 minutes long and led by licensed Occupational Therapist, Mrs. Caroline, in a nurturing group setting. This workshop is designed for kids ages 5–10.
Workshop Purpose:
- Increase Understanding: Siblings often feel confused or left out; education helps normalize experiences and reduce misconceptions.
- Promote Emotional Expression: Provides a safe space to share feelings and learn healthy coping strategies.
- Build Resilience & Social Skills: Activities encourage problem-solving, empathy, and self-regulation.
- Strengthen Family Dynamics: Equips siblings with tools to communicate needs and support their siblings positively.
