SUPPORTING SIBLINGS WORKSHOP💞
Join us for our second rotation of Mrs. Caroline's Development Group Workshop, Supporting Siblings: Understanding, Coping, and Connecting.
Sessions are 60 minutes long and led by licensed Occupational Therapist Mrs. Caroline in a nurturing group setting. This workshop is designed for kids ages 5–10, with a group size of up to 6 kids.
Workshop Purpose:
-Increase Understanding: Siblings often feel confused or left out; education helps normalize experiences and reduce misconceptions.
-Promote Emotional Expression: Provides a safe space to share feelings and learn healthy coping strategies.
-Build Resilience & Social Skills: Activities encourage problem-solving, empathy, and self-regulation.
-Strengthen Family Dynamics: Equips siblings with tools to communicate needs and support their siblings positively.
