Anger Transformation Workshop!

This workshop helps teach parents how to understand and manage their emotions in healthy, constructive ways. In a world where stress and frustration are common, this workshop gives parents the tools to help them and their children recognize anger, express it safely, and build emotional resilience.

Transform outbursts with compassion. Uncover primary emotions beneath anger. Turn off parenting triggers. Shift from punitive to positive parenting. End the cycle of screaming. Empower and encourage kids and teens.

Parents-Only Workshop (60–75 minutes)
Located at Children's Therapy Services.
1:15 PM - 2:30 PM
Friday, January 23rd and January 30th
Cost: $75 per session for PARENT TEAM, $50 for individuals
