Learn from the best, then teach the rest! EXCELLENT opportunity to learn food preservation from SDSU Extension Food Preservation Staff! Then volunteer at least once to train others to share what you learned. ONE DAY CLASS = Oct 30 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM at Fork Real Cafe ~ 507 Main St, Rapid City, SD
Only 12 participants, must be SD resident. Cost is $150 (scholarships may be available)
