Krista Arnold is a 6’5” comedian, author, therapist, and mom of three wild boys who recently moved back to her hometown in South Dakota—because who doesn’t want to raise a family where winter lasts 9 months and the nearest Costco is a road trip away?
Before returning to her roots, Krista spent years as a stand-up comedian in Las Vegas, performing on some of the city’s biggest stages. Originally launched into the public eye on TLC’s My Giant Life, Krista took her unique perspective (and, let’s be honest, her height) to the comedy stage, where she continues to blend sharp wit with a whole lot of heart.
With a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Krista’s comedy tackles everything from motherhood madness and body image to personal growth and small-town life with tall-girl problems.
Krista’s mission is simple: help people laugh, feel seen, and maybe even leave a little more inspired than when they walked in. Whether she’s on stage, writing books that celebrate differences, or diffusing toddler meltdowns with her therapist voice, Krista proves that standing out isn’t a weakness—it’s her superpower.
