Postpartum Physical Therapy Support Group + Q&A

Join licensed physical therapists from Gaia Women's PT at Wild and Wonderful Play Cafe for an informational session around core and pelvic floor health. Our host, Dr. Maggie Gise, is experienced in postpartum women's health and eager to share her knowledge with new mother's throughout the Eastern Panhandle!

We'll chat through various topics and she will be available to answer any specific questions.

This is super casual, free, and we invite you to come as you are! Babies and children are welcome (children over the age of 1 will need to pay for a play pass if they plan to play!)
