Come and join Lead Coach Kimberley and our volunteer team sharing the magic of movement and wellbeing.

Walking -Running - Hybrid. All levels and experience welcome.

Set your own personal goal, connect with others and experience the positive benefits of movement as part of physical and mental well-being.
Please arrive 5 mins early for a prompt start and intro briefing.
Participants must be sober and respectful of others recovery journey and contribute to a safe and supportive group.
