Beach Yoga

This early morning flow is a dynamic whole body practice with fluidity and rhythm. This practice is designed to help you feel good and wake up!
We’ll move through a sequence of postures designed to strengthen and stretch your mind, body and spirit. Classes may include an emphasis on anatomical alignment and technique. All levels are welcome, always.
Please bring a towel or yoga mat to practice on.
