Experience a deeply relaxing sound meditation lead by Alex Beckmann and Christine Briones-Beckmann (NYC) w/ Tony Bednar (SoRo, VT).
Alex Beckmann is a musician, meditation practitioner, and sound meditation facilitator based in Queens, NY. He offers immersive sound baths that integrate years of experience in drumming, ambient composition, subtle listening, and contemplative practice.
Using overtone-rich instruments like singing bowls, gongs, frame drums, and electronics, Alex creates spacious, meditative environments designed to invite deep rest, emotional release, and moments of clarity. Each session is rooted in the intention of healing, presence, and reconnection to the moment.
Christine is a nurse in NYC, and brings her gentle and attentive care-taking energy to the instruments she plays.
Alex and Tony met while training with Gong Master Don Conreaux (originator of the gong bath) in 2017 and have been collaborators in NY and VT ever since.
