About the event

Solstice Restorative Yoga and Soundbath
Restorative Yoga with Sylvie Desautels and accompanied Sound Bath with Tony Bednar. A two hour practice ending with a candlelight ceremony topped with hardy snacks following.

A deeply soothing way to honor the Winter Solstice and the return of the light. Preregistration required.
$45-$60 sliding scale
