Join us for this 4 week Meditation series -Take Control of Your Life – Accepting Uncertainty. In person & available online.
Our mind runs our show – like a puppet on a string. When it says be angry, we’re angry. When it says be sad, we feel sad. Real happiness starts when we learn to take control our mind.
In this meditation series Gen Kelsang Mila will share how Buddha’s teachings can help us understand our minds better. By learning to guide our thoughts, we can change how we feel about ourselves and the world. This can lead to more happiness and fewer problems in life.
Classes include guided meditations, practical teachings and time for discussion and Q & A.
You are invited to arrive a few minutes before the class starts to register and settle in or have a cup of tea or coffee. We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking.
After the class there are refreshments and an opportunity to ask questions informally and meet other people.
Everyone is welcome.
No special experience necessary. No special clothing is needed. Dress comfortably. Chairs are available.
