WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE MEDITATE ?
We will experience a calm, spacious feeling in the mind, and many of our usual problems will fall away.
Difficult situations will become easier to deal with, we will naturally feel warm and well disposed towards other people, and our relationships with others will gradually improve. During these classes, we will learn how to start meditating and begin to experience the benefits of meditation.
A wonderful way to reset after winter.
Each class is self-contained and can be attended individually. No need to wear special clothing. Dress comfortably. We sit on chairs.
Everyone is welcome, Buddhist or Non – Buddhist.
About the Teacher:
John Vlismas is a student on our Foundation Study Programme and brings his own personal life experience of how practicing Buddhas advice on meditation and living it in daily modern life, has brought great insight and meaning to his life.
