Join us for this inspiring morning course with brunch. Available Online and in person.
Buddha taught that love is the great protector. Both we ourselves and others are protected by love from harmful actions and suffering, and a loving heart inspires us to treat others with consideration and kindness. However, our love is often mixed with attachment, which makes us possessive, anxious and easily hurt.
Come and explore Buddha’s wisdom teachings with Gen Mila, on how to discern the difference between love and attachment, and learn methods to weaken our attachment while improving our mind of love.
Savour a delicious brunch, and enjoy making new friends.
