Grow Your Love with Wisdom with Gen Kelsang Mila

Meditation is Essential for Human Happiness. So, we need to practice meditation. The reason is very simple, meditation makes our mind peaceful and when our mind is peaceful, we are happy all the time whatever circumstances we find our self in. Drop-in class.

Each class is self-contained and can be attended individually. No need to wear special clothing. Dress comfortably. We sit on chairs.

About the Teacher:
As a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen Kelsang Mila is a modern – day Kadampa Nun and the resident teacher of Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Centre. She has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for 20 years and ordained for fifteen years. Her teachings are always practical and easy to apply to everyday life.
