On this morning workshop, Buddhist monk, Kelsang Sangkyong will explain how to use Buddha’s teachings and meditations to let go of self-critical thoughts and the negative feelings they produce.
This course is suitable for everyone.
About the Teacher:
Kelsang Sangkyong has been a monk of the New Kadampa Tradition for 17 years and has been teaching meditation in Johannesburg, Pretoria and in Cape Town. He is loved for his light and down-to-earth approach in sharing Buddhist wisdom.
