Join Terry Hershey as he reflects on his November 2024 journey, walking the Portuguese Camino to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. Sharing stories of his adventure on the Way and the gifts he gained from pilgrimage, he invites us to share our walk together. Whatever the walk – it is a pilgrimage of faith.
We are gifted by letting go of expectations, surrendering to the moment, and enjoying the journey. Then our faith gets simpler. And in the quiet, we can hear what our heart would love to say. Terry says, The Camino calls me daily to pick up my pack and march on; to trust, find beauty, and be vulnerable; to – with practice, patience, faith, and grace – continue walking. It’s a metaphor for the journey of life. Come – walk with us – as Terry unpacks the gifts of the Camino.
