DONATION-BASED ACCESSIBLE COMMUNITY YOGA & MINI SOUND BATH (CHAIR OR MAT)

This yoga class offers mindful movement, mantra, breathwork, and meditation (kriya) designed to positively shift energy. It is an affirmational practice offered to help connect us to the divine within and the universal divine. This is an accessible class that can be practiced on a chair or a mat. Each class ends with a mini sound bath.

Note - yoga mats are limited - so bring one if you have one. We have plenty of chairs, but no other props so bring those if want.
