Films in the Gardens: Pan's Labyrinth (2006)

Our free Films in the Gardens series returns for another season in September, featuring a trio of films that are set amongst the trees.

The theme is inspired by the exhibition, Curating Canopy: Trees at Sunnylands.

Films in the Gardens runs for three consecutive Friday evenings in September. This series concludes with a screening of "Pan’s Labyrinth" (2006) on September 26 at 7:30 pm.

"Pan’s Labyrinth" (2006) – In 1944 Spain, a girl is sent to live with her ruthless stepfather. During the night, she meets a fairy who takes her to an old faun. He tells her she’s a princess but must prove her royalty by surviving three gruesome tasks. (IMDb). Rated: R. Run time: 1 hour 58 minutes.
