WALK – A Prayer Walk Experience by AnointedOneFitness

Join us for WALK, a peaceful and purpose-filled prayer walk hosted by AnointedOneFitness. This gathering is all about connection with God, with other women, and with yourself. God gave me a vision to create a space where women could come together to move their bodies, lift their spirits, and grow in faith. WALK is the first step in bringing that vision to life.

We’ll be meeting in the parking lot off of Milliken Ave.

📍 Sign-in begins at 6:45 AM, and we’ll open with a short welcome and prayer before starting our walk at 7:00 AM.

As we walk, we’ll pause at the end of each block to read scripture, pray, and meditate together. This isn’t a race it’s a rhythm of movement and reflection, perfect for all fitness levels.

Whether you’re coming to clear your mind, strengthen your faith, or meet like-hearted women, this walk is for you. Expect fresh air, encouraging community, and sacred moments that fill your soul.

Remember to bring your water bottle, a hat and sunscreen if you'd like. Friendly dogs welcome.
