We’re taking over the Sacramento Children’s Museum for an afternoon of meaningful conversations, playful energy, and community with fellow boss moms (and aunties!) who get the juggle.

Viva is a workplace consultant, inclusion strategist, and solo mom dedicated to creating spaces where people feel truly seen. She co-founded Liberation Labs and co-authored the viral Harvard Business Review article, Creating Psychological Safety for Black Women at Your Company. With deep roots in Sacramento, Viva is passionate about helping women build authentic connections while embracing the beautiful chaos of motherhood and entrepreneurship.
