TMW (Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing) is a specially developed sequence of movements which promotes physical, psychological, and emotional health and wellbeing. With origins in Tai Chi, Chi Kung and meditation, the TMW sequence distills elements of these arts into a simple series of beautiful movements, without complex forms to learn or difficult techniques to master.
TMW is meditation in movement – it combines movement with breathwork which allows for better health, wellbeing and healing. The TMW sequence will flex, strengthen, and ease your muscles and relax and de-stress your mind. By introducing and using harmonious, balanced, and graceful movements, your body influences your mind, and you will experience increased poise and relaxation. TMW benefits everyone, at all ages and stages. You can practice TMW seated or standing, or a combination of the two, making TMW accessible for all.
