Come and join us for some FREE children’s activity sessions.
🦕Thurs 21 August - Children’s Jurassic Workshop, 10am-2pm split into 3 sessions🪨
Come and learn about what lived in Chatteris during the Jurassic, the time of the dinosaurs, through interactive fossil handling, activities and crafts. Don’t forget a dinosaur activity pack to take home!
Interactive sessions, 10am-11am and repeated 11am-12pm
Suitable for ages 6+. The session consists of a 20min interactive talk including fossil handling, followed by a craft activity and finishing with a true or false quiz.
Open Access, 12pm-2pm
Although open access, booking is still required. Suitable for all ages, there will be a variety of crafts and activities, as well as fossil handling. Come at any point within the timeframe and stay for 5mins or 30mins, whatever works!
**ALL sessions must be booked in advance through Eventbrite. Children must be accompanied by an adult**
