# **RAMSEY STYROFOAM COLLECTION THIS SATURDAY SEPT 19 **

**Saturday September 13 9 am - 11 am Ramsey Main Train Station Parking Lot 1 Erie Plaza (Enter lot via Cleveland Street)**

*Collected material will be transported to a densifier in Ridgefield Park. Densified Styrofoam is then melted down and processed into small pellets, which can be used to create new products like picture frames, building materials, insulation panels, crown moldings, and other plastic components. This process keeps the material out of our landfills and gives the material a second life as a more compact and usable form. *

Please ensure that the Styrofoam is clean and dry, and that all labels and tape have been removed.

We DO NOT accept:
* Packing peanuts
* Food containers (to-go boxes or cups)
