Remember Your Creativity!

You are a creative being! Join us as we explore methods for remembering our creativity and finding the joy that it brings into our lives.

All of us are creative. Remember being the child who freely explored your world, took risks, tested yourself without fear, and expressed who you were without shame or judgement? Yes, that is still you. Join us as we discuss strategies for remembering our creative selves. Perhaps for you it will be drumming, crystal bowls, aromas, precious stones, movement, journaling, or something new we will find together. We will begin each class with a guided meditation, followed by a discussion around a key strategy for remembering our creative selves. This class is intended to help you get past barriers and create in ways that bring you joy. Are you curious? Good! Curiosity is a first big step towards creative expression.

$20 for 3 week class
Bring yourself and any materials you may want to use to express your creative self without judgement.
