Step into your hero era! Join us at Surprise Farm Retreat Center on Saturday, August 9th for an all-day workshop on how to stop playing small and start showing up for yourself and others. With inspiration from real life and literature, we will learn how ensemble heroes operate to contribute to their communities and catalyze heroism in others, roleplaying situations in which heroism is called for, learning how we can proactively prepare for crises, and using practices such as yoga and meditation to remain centered and nonreactive.

Directions and Parking: 18892 Old Julian Trail, Ramona, CA 92065
Heading east on Old Julian Hwy, make a right turn on Old Julian Trail (comes up quickly, no obvious street signs, after Cinnamon Rock Rd). Follow the road to the top of the hill, keep left when the dirt road begins & look for the Surprise Farm welcome signs. Continue down the hill & look for parking (you will see a turquoise building and a parking lot.)
