Woo Woo Tribe Meet and Greet

For this meet up, we will be focusing on the topic of meditation.

We'll spend the majority of the time discussing what meditation means, tips & tricks, struggles and experiences. We will then end the session with a guided meditation.

Here are some questions we will use to help guide our discussion:

What does meditation mean to you?
what type of meditation works for you?
What struggles or resistance have you faced when trying to meditate?
What helps you drop in or get into a meditative state?
Do you ever feel something energetic or spiritual during meditation? Do you see anything?
