Unapologetic Aging Book Launch

Join us for an inspiring evening with Deb Benfield, M.Ed., RDN/LDN, RYT, as she shares insights from her new book, Unapologetic Aging: How to Mend and Nourish Your Relationship with Your Body.

When she turned 60, Deb began questioning the stories we’re told about aging, beauty, and worth. What she discovered inspired her book.

A nutrition therapist and yoga teacher with over four decades of experience, Deb helps people release body shame and reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies. She offers online 1:1 and group programs and a membership community that nurtures self-compassion, embodiment, and liberation from diet and ageism. The evening will begin with an interview with Deb, followed by selected readings from Unapologetic Aging and a Q&A session with the audience.
