🎶 You're Invited to the Summertime August Edition of The Old School Jam! 🎶
Join us for the premiere local collaboration where musicians and artists come together to showcase their talents. Whether you're looking to:
- 🤝 Bump elbows and share ideas
- 🎸 Meet potential members of your future band
- 🔄 Find replacements for current members that aren't working out 🫤
- 🎤 Scout people to jam with
The Old School Jam is your place to connect!
📅 When & Where:
Every 2nd Thursday of the month at Saints and Scholars—the spot to be for musical magic.
🕕 Sign-Up Details:
The sign-up sheet goes out promptly at 6:00 p.m. There are no advance sign-ups—you must be there in person to participate. We encourage everyone to stay and support fellow performers throughout the night.
🎛️ What We Provide:
We've got everything set up on stage and ready for you, including:
- Sound system and lighting
- Drum kit
- Roland keyboard
- 2 guitar amps & 1 bass amp
- Effects pedals
- Vocal monitors
- 6 microphones (one at each station)
- Tablet with the Ultimate Guitar Chord app, featuring scrolling lyrics and internet access
- Device holder for phones/tablets
- Video recordings from two camera sources - posted to our Facebook Page & Group, and tagged to each performer
- Professional event photography
🎒 What You Bring:
Just bring yourself and whatever instrument you play—guitar, bass, pedal boards, etc.
