The Murph Challenge 2025

Event Details:

Date: Memorial Day, May 26, 2025

Location: Butler Elite Training Company, Raleigh, NC

Workout Format: Participants will complete a 1-mile run, followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and finish with another 1-mile run. For those looking for an extra challenge, a weighted vest is optional.

Scalability: Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, the challenge is fully scalable. Modified exercises and adjusted repetitions are available to suit all fitness levels, ensuring everyone can participate and feel accomplished.
