Still. Moving: Metamorfosis (Alba) as interpreted by Tara Z. Mullins

Experience art in motion as choreographer, teaching professor, and NCSU Performance and Lecture Series Coordinator Tara Z. Mullins brings a living, breathing response to Metamorfosis (Alba), a powerful mixed-media work by Spanish artist Manuel Rivera. In this free, dynamic site-specific performance, dance becomes the medium through which Rivera’s enduring piece is reimagined, transforming stillness into fluid expression. Stay after the performance for a brief talkback with Mullins and the dancers—an opportunity to dive deeper into the dialogue between movement and material.
