Enjoy a restorative sound bath in the peaceful setting of our galleries. Sound baths are a meditative practice that use resonant instruments to calm the nervous system, decrease stress, and enhance rest.

Vibrational instruments such as crystal “singing” bowls create an immersive experience designed to evoke a parasympathetic state and offer opportunities for healing and connection on a deeper level. Facilitated by Amanda Richardson.

Ages 16 and up. This program occurs on a third Wednesday evening once every season. Tickets are $22, or $20 for Members.
