During this training, you’ll learn:
• Reiki principles and hand positions
• How to practice Reiki on yourself and others
• Using Reiki to support stress relief and emotional balance
• Introductory breathwork and meditation techniques
• Ways to integrate Reiki into daily life and healing routines
