Burlesque Workshop: Panel Skirt Construction

In this workshop you will learn how to make your own panel skirt. We will go over different materials to use for different results as well as a no-sew version in case you aren't savvy in that area. Panel skirts are a staple in the art form of burlesque and this is a great skill to have on hand! $50 as most materials will be included!
