Join Sisters In the Triangle for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and connection at our Mat Pilates Event!
Come unwind, stretch, and strengthen your body with a beginner-friendly Mat Pilates session led by the amazing De’Ja Bunyan. This class is designed to be relaxing yet energizing, and it’s the perfect way to close out your week with intention and fun!
