Swim Time: Funhouse will swim on Wednesdays from 10:00-11:00 (actual swim time 10:00-10:50 and change into dry clothes 10:50-11:00). Children are required to stay for the entire swim time, no exceptions.
Check in times: Funhouse leaves for the pool at 10:00, children must be checked in by 9:55 if they would like to swim with the Funhouse. Children will be given a buddy and no additional kids will be taken to the pool for Funhouse swimming once the group leaves.
Check –in Process: When checking your child into the Funhouse, please sign them in on the swimming sign in sheet on the clipboard and let the staff know that you would like for them to go swimming. Staff will place a “yellow name tag” on all swimmers. Our max is 20 kids, so we will take the first 20 kids signed in on the clipboard.
Swim suits, towel, change of clothes: Children need to have suits on before checking into the Funhouse. They must also have a change of clothes and towel.
Sunscreen: Parents must apply sunscreen prior to dropping off. Staff are unable to assist with the application of sunscreen unless a medication form is on file.
No Swim Band: Kids not wearing a swim band will be required to stay in the shallow area and are required to wear a life jacket.
Swim Zones: Kids must remain within designated zones (black band may go anywhere in the pool or slide, yellow must stay in shallow and may go down slide, no band stays in shallow).
Black Band Testing: Kids are not allowed to “test” for a black band during our Funhouse swimming time.
Pool Toys: Kids will not be allowed to bring pool toys from home.
Check out: Children will be taken to the Family Locker Rooms to change into dry clothes. Parents will be able to check children out once back in the Funhouse. There are no dismissals from the pool.
Family Locker Room: Children will be sent in one at a time to change (exception would be same sex siblings) , so please bear with us, this may take some time. You may check kids out at the family locker room if you are unable to wait.
Pool Rules: Children that are not able to follow “pool rules”, will not be allowed to attend Funhouse swimming in the future.
