From the jump, we built this place for the misfits. The outcasts. The weirdos who never quite fit in anywhere else — and we meant it. While we’ve always had love for the local scene, we haven’t always had the room to book as many hometown shows as we wanted. That’s about to change.
Introducing: Homegrown Havoc: a semi-weekly series spotlighting underground, local, and regional acts.
Almost every Thursday, we’re turning the Volume (up to) Eleven and the guest list down here on Maywood.
Expect 3 to 4 bands a night, cheap cover, stiff drinks, and no tolerance for ego. Just raw, loud music and the people who live for it.
