Free Elevated Power Hour - July 9th-Mary-Carmen Wiser - Metta: Self-compassion for the Inner Critic

Each Wednesday from 12:00-1:00 pm, Elevated Energy Healing will host our free weekly event “Elevated Power Hour”.

“Metta: Self-compassion for the Inner Critic”
This supportive and interactive Power Hour will help you create an empowered, nurturing inner voice—one that works with you, not against you. We will explore contemplative traditions to help us see our inner critic while holding onto our innate dignity.

Mary-Carmen Wiser (she/her) is a mindfulness educator and group facilitator with a Master’s in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University. She creates trauma-informed, neurodiverse-affirming spaces where women and queer individuals can reconnect with their bodies, explore self-compassion, and release stuck emotions through somatic and contemplative practices.
Her work blends science, ritual, and heart to support healing in a world shaped by capitalism, patriarchy, and colonization.

As a gift to our marvelous community, we offer a guest speaker introducing themselves and presenting their unique talents and gifts through free workshops and presentations.

Suite 105 is located on the right side of the building across from the green GFL boxes. Look for the awning and come on in!
