How are the two connected?
When you are being creative, you are connecting to your higher energy of which is unseen and allows you to create your own reality. You move into a state of mindfulness of silence.
You are then able to allow a door to open for spirit to guide you to create. Everyone is creative but they tend to feel as though they are not.
Creativity comes in many different forms such as sculpting, writing, painting, drawing, singing, teaching, sewing, planning, problem solving and much more. Our inner world of spirituality can enhance our creativity by improving our focus, accessing inner wisdom, setting intentions and letting go of judgement and perfectionism.
Creativity is one of the most wonderful gifts that spirit has given to the human spirit.
It is an important way to express ourselves, finding our voice, be able to understand ourselves, a way to think and feel. It can help our immune systems, reduce anxiety, depression, increase positive emotions. It is also a way to share your soul and serve as a spiritual practice.
As a gift to our marvelous community, we offer a guest speaker introducing themselves and presenting their unique talents and gifts through free workshops and presentations.
