Fettuccine and Marinara Cooking Class at Raleigh Brewing!

Under the guidance of Chef Anthony, you'll learn how to make pasta and sauce from scratch for a fresh Italian feast. 🍝

Begin the class by learning the time-honored recipe to make pasta dough from scratch using flour, eggs and olive oil. Then, master the art of kneading the dough and cutting it into fettuccini. As the pasta boils, cook up fresh tomato flavored with garlic and basil to make a homemade marinara sauce. Toss the pasta into the sauce before enjoying your authentic feast. 🔪🍽️
