This workshop is all about preparing for THE day, SHOW DAY that is. We will go over prepping for travel, nerve-calming techniques, making audience play 2nd nature and in line with your comfortability, and of course how to take care of your body and mind after all is said and done. These are things that a lot of us don't think about until after the fact. These practices will lessen your stress and make performing more sustainable! Only $30
